Terms of Service

Thank you for using Reachin! Because we don't know every customer personally, we have put in place these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

When we say “Reachin”, “we”, “our” or “us”, we mean the operator of Reachin. When we say “Service”, we mean the Reachin website, its daily searches and emails, and its connections for AI apps. When we say “you”, we mean the person or organisation with a Reachin account.

We may update these Terms. When we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page and let account holders know. By using the Service you agree to the latest Terms. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that does not mean we waive it. These Terms contain a limitation of our liability. If you break these Terms, we may close your account.

Account terms

  1. You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account, and any AI-app link we give you, secure. Anyone with your AI link can run searches on your account.
  2. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  3. You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not allowed.
  4. You may not use the Service for anything illegal, for spam or harassment, or to break the terms of LinkedIn or any other service.

Using leads

  1. Leads come from public LinkedIn posts and comments, found through third-party data providers, and are judged by AI. Fit scores, reasons and suggested messages are AI-written and can be wrong. Check them before you act.
  2. We do not provide email addresses or phone numbers, and the Service never sends messages for you. You decide whether to contact someone, and you send any message yourself, from your own account.
  3. When you contact people, you must follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection laws. You may not use automated tools to message the people you find through Reachin.
  4. You may use leads only to reach out about your own business. You may not resell, publish or bulk-export them.

Payment, refunds, and plan changes

  1. The free search is really free: no card needed. It shows the first 5 people it finds in full.
  2. Paid plans cost $29 per month or $199 per year, taxes included, paid in advance. They renew automatically until you cancel.
  3. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for your purchase. Dodo charges your card, handles tax, and handles refunds according to its own terms.
  4. If we change prices for existing customers, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email.

Cancellation and termination

  1. You can cancel anytime from “Manage plan” on My leads. After you cancel you will not be charged again.
  2. To delete your account and its data, contact us via the email address in the site footer. Our Privacy Policy explains what we delete.
  3. We may suspend or close an account and refuse service to anyone at any time, in particular for misuse of the Service or of the people it finds.

Modifications to the Service

We may change or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

Uptime, security, and privacy

  1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no service-level agreement.
  2. Each plan has usage limits. We may limit or pause an account whose usage is far above normal.
  3. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy, using the third-party providers listed there.

Content ownership

  1. What you enter stays yours. You give us a limited licence to use it to provide the Service to you.
  2. Posts and profiles shown in leads belong to the people who wrote them and to LinkedIn. We do not grant you any rights in them.
  3. We or our licensors own the Service itself. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

Features and bugs

We build Reachin with care, but no service pleases everybody, and we make no guarantee that it will meet your needs or find a given number of leads. As with any software, it has bugs. We fix the important ones, especially anything about security or privacy, but we don't guarantee error-free service.

AI app connections

  1. Your AI-app link (MCP) is covered by these Terms. We are not liable for anything an AI app or other third-party product does with the results.
  2. Abusive or excessive use may lead to the link being suspended or revoked.

Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Reachin shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Reachin has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service, including the people shown in leads; (v) or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Service, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
